Ababil’s Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy:

 

We strive to provide high-quality computer parts, accessories and electronics at Ababil Store. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

A. Countries and Policy:

  • Countries: for Pakistan only

  • Returns: We accept returns for defective and non-defective product if shipped back within 3 days of receipt.
  • Return window: Our return window is 3 days of receipt of product.

Product condition & window:

  • Exchanges: We accept exchange for new products, if sent back without opening the package.
  • Product condition: Only new products will be exchanged and refunded.

Methods and Fee:

  • Method: Our return method for all products is ‘By mail’.
  • Return label: We will provide Free ‘Return label’ to download and print.
  • Restocking fee: There is no ‘Restocking’ fee
  • Refund processing time: 15 days after receipt of product

 B.Eligibility for Returns:

All products are tested before dispatching to our customers. Incase you changed your mind after receiving your order, you can return it within 3 days. However, we will not accept returns under the following conditions:

    1. Products which are used, or damaged during use of buyer.
    2. Product after 3 days of receipt.
    3. The product is  unsealed, opened, and in no original packaging.
    4. Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing or package opening video showing the condition of the package and the product.
    5. The Backorder items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    6. The items which are working well, if Opened, unsealed or packaging is broken, are considered sold and cannot be returned

Additional non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards,
  2. Downloadable software products,
  3. Some health and personal care items.

 Return Process:

  1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  2. Contact our support team at info@ababil.com.pk within 3 days of purchase.
  3. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
  4. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
  5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

C. Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund using your original payment method.
  2. Refunds will be issued only if the item meets our return conditions after 15 days.

D. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions of this policy are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By placing an order or using our services, you agree that the courts of Swabi, K.P.K
